jahrelang zufrieden, aber wenn man persönlichen Kontakt sucht, keine Chance
ich habe versucht, mit einem Menschen von hotels.com zu sprechen. Leider ist das nicht möglich. Wenn man die Hotline anruft, meldet sich nur der Computer. Und auf Rückruf-Bitte gibt es keine Reaktion.

Don't fall for price match promise
Price match promise is a joke - they ask for a screenshot and then take forever to respond or they can't "find" it (even with the link) so they can wait until the price is either risen or the space...
