Hi thanks for your feedback. The Mandisa Chairs were on pre-order for the end of September, but they have been delayed in transit from the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we have no control over Global Shipping. I believe that an email was sent to you to inform you that these wouldn't be in stock until early October. Our apologies if you haven't received this. We have your order to be shipped from the wholesaler on the 5th October, so it will be with you very soon. Again, please accept our apologies for this delay but we hope you love your item once it does arrive.

Hi, our customer service department has been in touch via email about this. We are currently experiencing massive problems with delayed shipments from Indonesia with this wholesaler. Hi - we are so sorry that your items arrived damaged in transit. All items are checked prior to shipping, so any damage will have taken place during the transit with DHL.
