Hi, I'm really sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. We did come out earlier in the month to investigate this issue and we were disappointed to learn there was still a problem. We have set up another visit for a senior engineer to come out and fix your table. We are just waiting on the logistics team to give us the first available date. We've sent out replacement balls for you so that once we have fixed the table you will have a brand new set of balls to use. Again, we are very sorry for this situation and we hope to resolve this as soon as possible.
