When I hit a few problems printing out my boarding pass etc I rang Custermer services n the lady who answered was very helpful. Also responses to my email questions were answered pretty promptly.

Jet 2 good hotel good, Ryan air not so good
The only disappointment was trying to retrieve my Ryan air return ticket, it would have been beneficial to know I needed to use your email address and not mine.

Absolutely shocking... I had the worst holiday of my life... I have emailed the in numerous accounts and still have not had a response!! Customer service are useless they say anything to get rid of...
