Mr Draper we are sorry to hear this although you give no reason for the decision. Since we see that your online order could not fulfil at the price offered we presume it will be for that and that the new price you were given was slightly higher. If so, we regret that when placing your order you did not appreciate how the website operates although you would have agreed to our terms and conditions. None the less, we hope that you have an enjoyable holiday.

All booked but had to pay extra as prices where not available anymore as per original booking.I had received some discount but extra mile which was mentioned to get upgraded room didn't happened. So...
