So far no complaints booked my holiday through website was easy and I received my paperwork promptly, haven't spoken to anyone since booking but a follow up call would have been nice just to explain...

So easy to use and find all the information I needed to book my holiday.Also I have flights booked with Ryanair and they were in contact with me explaining what I needed to do at their end

Unreliable and not good service!!
Booked holiday and even received my booking number. Then I got a txt message 4 days later to call and make another booking which was £100 more as my original booking did not go through. Really...

Hello we feel you have misunderstood how our website operates, you received your order number not the confirmed booking number. Your order failed at the payment stage so you were contacted with a new quote if you wanted to proceed. This is the process and you accepted the booking terms and conditions online which advise about that. We are sorry you were not able to take advantage of the lower because of this but do not agree our service is unprofessional because of it when we clearly explain on our terms of use.
