Mr Allcott, we regret you did not appreciate how the website operates since you ticked to accept the booking terms and conditions. These clearly explain about an offer to purchase the hotel selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted or the hotel no longer available, you are given other options. However, we are happy that you were assisted to enable a holiday to proceed. For the issue to do with transfer, there is a local process to follow to obtain the service and if this failed, our post travel team would be pleased to investigate. It would of course be necessary to facilitate your own transport to ensure you did not miss your flight.

Service was fine, purchased seats for the plane - did not get the seats that I purchased. Received a phone call saying room unavailable so going to cost more then all of a sudden received...

You send your customer to hotels were the food is basic they are supposed to be 3 stars not in my view 1 star is to many

I always though holiday company's checked out hotel before sending customers their for second time I have ended up in a German hotel with very poor food an accommodation (food and hotel ready need updating)

Never will I book again with this company! When you book on line , transfers, seats all extras added in which is okay the total is added. Then you get a phone call 2 days later saying the flights had...
