Mr Mehmood we fail to see how anything has been mis-sold since you booked online on our website and chose the arrangements yourself. You also ticked to accept the booking terms and conditions so was well aware of the contract content. You additionally entered into conversation to confirm the booking but appear now to have changed your mind which will be dealt with accordingly.
