Good communication
Communication was very good and booking was easy. Everyone i spoke to was helpful. The extortionate price for per dog, per night was very expensive, and for that rule, I would not book with 'holiday...

A perfect stay in a beautiful property
Fabulous service from really lovely staff, who were able to sort our stay (which didn't fit the usual arrival and departure dates), and were incredibly helpful and keen to help. A breath of fresh air!
