We do advise that parcels can take on average around 4-6 working days for parcels to arrive (which do not include weekends or bank holidays) so we should expect the parcel to be with you within the next few days. Poor quality, flimsy and arrived damaged

Packing for posting was poor. The box had two holes in it and only one strip of sellotape. No wonder it was damaged when it arrived! Also the fact I had to pay to return it added insult to injury....
