Order Left Near The Rubbish Bin!

It was very disappointing to see that the courier had not rung the doorbell when he placed my order on my doorstep. Instead, he placed my order next to the rubbish bag in which I was waiting for it...

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving us feedback, I am incredibly sorry to understand that your delivery was longer than initially expected but I can confirm it can take up to 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for delivery. I can assure you that any longer is far from the standard of service we would ever strive for on a standard delivery and this has now been raised with the courier provider in question. Kind regards,
