Disappointing customer service
I ordered the Lola Broderie top which I really liked when it arrived . However on trying it on the broderie inset on one side had not been attached to the rest of the top. This is not Hobbs usual...

Wrong items delivered
The wrong items were delivered to me initially, this was quickly rectified by contacting customer services who were helpful but unfortunately 2 weeks later there is still no sign of one of my items!
