Probably go elsewhere next time!

Hi,
I can only apologise for the delay in you obtaining a new car from ourselves. We are working on implementing new systems over the last four months and we have created a new team dedicated to renewals which will eradicate any future slow downs in acquiring upgrade vehicles.
