The payment system is confusing. I inadvertently paid for the full trip where I was only required to pay 25% and then was told that for a refund I would have to loose 5% on the fees. This is very bad...

Hello Mazahir, Thank you for the feedback and so sorry to hear you experienced an inconvenience in the booking process. Our booking system shows the option of paying 25% or Full payment at the screen where you put the promo code, right after you select your dates and number of people. On that screen, you have to select pay 25% or pay the full amount. We understand mistakes happen and we will be happy to work out a solution without incurring any fees for you.
