Thank you very much taking the time to speak with me and explain. Our adviser did somehow manage to miss the fact you had sent in your renewal terms. I apologise – he is very embarrassed. As you know we offered to waive our commission as a gesture of goodwill, and I am pleased that we have agreed to speak again prior to your renewal next year. As you can see from our other reviews giving great customer service is very important to us and I’m sorry that we didn’t deliver in your case.
