I spoke to a member of the team on the phone and they were very helpful. Ordering is easy and delivery is speedy. Great quality products, especially as they are batch tested for extra peace of mind.

Thank you for the update Paula, I did not receive notification of the refund to my email address and as it's a company card, did not see the refund processed. The communication could have been better but I understand much of this was due to Royal Mail.
