Quick fairly straightforward - gave us a valuation and then apparently told the estate agent that we were unlikely to get that value in a sale - strange??

Mr Annan was punctual & professional. He explained the purpose of his visit (home report), explaining what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions in detail and was very helpful.
Fair and accurate, I cannot think of any situation where I would be in a position to recommend them
Valuation and home report seemed fine and fair and was carried out quickly,this apart I had no further contact with them so am limited in what I can say
