Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I'll be in touch to discuss your issues. I'm a bit confused as we don't have an All of Australia location function. Also, sitters select where they are available to sit and owner searches are based on those criteria. The site can not tell if a sitter is physically in a location eg WA at the time an owner searches.

Very quick to deal with issues
Overpaid my annual subscription in error..... I didn't even have time to let them know as they refunded so quickly! A great time saver for me... Thankyou so much Happy House Sitters.l am also...
