I have not received my products yet, so rather annoyed you ask me for feedback when clearly you send the products in the slowest fashion despite charging a hefty p&p amount

Apologies for the delay.
Following our conversations your parcel was delivered to your neighbour the day after you placed the order, unfortunately they did not inform you, hopefully now your have your items, apologies for the incorrect delivery.
I am still waiting for many of the goods to arrive.

Thanks for your comments, usually you will find in the presentation delivery case a silver duffel style (stuff bag) as we are aware it is difficult to re-pack into the smaller delivery case. If your silver bag is missing please let me know and we will post one to you.
