Lovely stay

Lovely stay (as always) with great facilities and options. Only downside was the availability at the pool, due to the hangover from covid restrictions.

Lovely house but tired

Easy to book. House was a bit tired. Blinds in main bedroom were broken and were off the roller si could not darken bedroom at night and bottom drawer broken and unusable. Blinds in living room also...

An unhappy customer

The dishwasher was blocked and unusable from day 1 so despite being promised a stress free stay with four children and two adults to cater for my stay was anything but. I reported it and service men...

Dear Guest, I am sorry we were unable to repair the dishwasher for you during your stay. Whilst every effort is made to rectify such issues, unfortunately sometimes we may have to rely on outside contractors for specialist intervention and this may take some days before an appointment can be secured. We hope you will consider returning someday so you can take advantage of the discount and to allow us a second opportunity for an improved experience
