Poor overall. Bag was ripped open a lot of feed outside bag . They had put a clear sealed bag around it so the loose feed could still be used but obviously had known it was ripped before leaving...

We can confirm that your delivery was quality checked as usual when it left us and was intact - the damage occurred in transit unfortunately. I believe you contacted us to ask for a partial refund and my colleague replied to you that same morning with an apology and to confirm that the refund had been actioned straightaway. We were under the impression from your reply that this was resolved to your satisfaction but please accept our apologies if that's not the case - please do let us know if there is anything else we can do at all.
