They ask for same info when they have it as they dnt communicate with each other repeating thereselves constantly calling after plan is in place to again repeat what's already done

Grate staff but optional follow up calls would be better

Your staff are grate the amount of calls is a problem i find it more than i got of creditors but the staff are really good at there job
