Excellent but need to be a bit more proactive in communicating the progress

They have been excellent in the begining with setting up my plan, the staff are excellent and in the beginning all was explained very clearly the process, I have been forwarding emails, texts as...

Initially the first person I dealt with was nice and helpful but the second lady after I had agreed to pay for them to help me wasn't very understanding and almost judgemental
