The on line booking was simple. Where to pick up the trolly was not. The pick up area had been moved and that was not made clear. Lots of wondering around.

Easy to do even from a phone. Didn’t need a printer for tickets they were immediately emailed.

Love that it's free. One female driver was fantastic, pointing out various landmarks and giving narration. It was difficult to figure out where to start, park, etc. The place we went to had a sign...

A perfect three hour intro to Seattle
Pickup and tour were on time, covered all the important sites and Ron was both informative and entertaining. The bus was comfortable and clean.

Multomah Falls and Columbia River Gorge tour
Online booking went very well, but my wife and I were not picked up in front of our hotel, Marriott Waterfront as promised. We had to walk to the box office.
