Our guide May, was awesome. She was very kind and informative. Amazing customer service. The waterfalls we saw were beautiful.

Phenomenal tour
Tour and narration were phenomenal. Seats are unconfortable and caused a lot of back pain the next day. The level of detail on the history and architecture made the tour well worth the time and...

Wrong address
The website had the incorrect address for pick up and had me wandering around looking for it for a half hour. Then did not make it in time to the correct place and missed the trolly.

I was never picked up, will request a refund.
I payed for 2 tickets but was never picked and never saw a pink bus. I will be requesting a refund. (Challenging the charge with my credit card)
