They are a big Scam!!..
They take your $$$$ and don’t answer phone calls or emails when you want your refund back knowing very well they are not working in the NYC area..

I shouldn’t have to purchase tickets on your website and then go to Times Square to pick them up. Please also update your iPhone app as the route for blue was wrong.
