The costumer SUPPORT is very bad and they are not available by phone at tour start if you have a important question. I can not recommend Gray Line.

Thank you for taking the time writing us this review. We regret to see you feel this way but we can understand you, since you missed the pick up for the tour. As we have explained over email and in the confirmation you received along with the voucher, designated pick up location for your accommodation, due to traffic restrictions, was from a certain bus stop.
