InCorrect advertising of departure times. We missed our trip as on 2 occasions wrong times were given and on 3rd occasion the correct time was at the bottom of an email trail even though an incorect...

We understand that it was due to an emergency but unfortunately, all cancelation requests received with less than 24h notice are not subject to a refund. Would use again

Easy to book, instructions of where to meet was clear. The reason it dropped a star Wass that when we got picked up by the smaller mini bus the driver didn't fill me with confidence I was on right...
