We are also saddened by the result of your case knowing that our Team tried our best to provide you with all the necessary information about your tour. 4 minutes after your booking was confirmed, an email was sent to the correct email address attaching the voucher which contains the pick-up details for your reference. We checked and verified that the pick-up was operated as the bus was at the designated Bus Stop (#15). The information about traffic restrictions and designated pick-up locations are also available on the Gray Line website https://grayline.is/pick-up-locations With this, we are still able to reschedule your tour anytime you are back in Iceland since you do now benefit from our lifetime guarantee as the tour on the 25th of April was unsuccessful.
