Hello Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear that you were not able to join us. We're sorry to hear that your recent visit wasn't up to your expectations. As we checked, the GPS shows that our bus driver was at Bus Stop #1 and was able to pick-up other passengers, hence, the pick-up was operated. We still hope that you enjoyed your time while you were here in Iceland. Sincerely, Gray Line Team

Left in Reykjavik

The booking was not an issue but the printout did not have the correct hotel listed and when I pointed that out at the bus terminal I was told that wasn’t a problem.

Dear Linda, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the booking process went smoothly, but we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the hotel information on your printout. It’s important to us that our customers have accurate details, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you at the bus terminal. As we checked, your booking details state the correct information regarding your hotel where the pick-up was operated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll ensure that our team addresses this issue to prevent it from happening in the future. If you have any further concerns or if there’s anything we can do to make your experience better, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your understanding.
