Dear Leigh, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the process of selecting drop-off stops wasn’t as easy as expected. We always strive to improve our services, and your comments will help us make the experience smoother for future customers. Please be reminded that due to Reykjavik's bustling tourism, there are policies restricting tour buses from accessing certain streets and areas. As a result, the city has established specific pickup points for tour buses. These pickup points are strategically positioned close to downtown accommodations, ensuring you have only a brief walk (under 10 minutes) to commence your journey. We hope you had an enjoyable time here in Iceland. Sincerely, Gray Line Team
