Picked up from hotel on time. Transported to very comfortable coach by minibus. Really efficient service. Would definitely use again

Pick up & drop down on time, driver very nice and helpful. Vehicle very clean. Unfortunately, the bike had to be paid extra. Nevertheless, again at any time.

Thank you for your feedback and glad to see that our staff was helpful during your arrival. The new feature with paying by credit cards online is a bit of a challenge as it now takes time to verify card holder and send codes by mobile phones which delays the process - I hope this will be easier in the near future

GrayLine Iceland were Reliable and pricing was reasonable.

I was happy with the prompt email responses to my many questions. I thought the pricing for the tours was good, compared to others, and the drivers were both very good as well.

Confusing, but worked out ok in the end.

The pick up location in the airport was not included with my booking information/ticket so I wandered around and spotted a GrayLine bus. The driver acted like we should already know so I showed him...
