Pick up was jumbled. Long walk in the rain to bus. Had to confirm destination 3 times.

Thank you for your feedback that allows us to explain what happens when locations that are not listed as "possible" pickup locations as the city of Reykjavik has made a rule that all smaller accommodations like guesthouses and airbnb must come to tour bus stops set up by the city. This is why we must make sure that our passengers are collected at the nearest such tour bus stop. Very sorry that this caused inconvenience for you and with the rainy conditions.

Fabulous service from Gary Line Iceland!

My wife fell ill 3 days before our departure from Canada and we had to cancel our entire trip. Gray Line understood and refunded our tour package fully.
