Poor Commuication.

The driver didn't communicate that we wouldn't be taken directly to our hotel. Instead, we were dropped off at a bus terminal to transfer to a smaller bus. There was some confusion.

Thank you for writing a review of your experience on tour of the Northern Lights. It is always a disappointment when the lights are not seen on any given night, a natural phenomenon for certain. The Lighthouse at Gardskagaviti is one of a favorite spot for photographers if you look this up online. The interference of the lighthouse is not to the extent to block the view of the Northern Lights if they are actually showing, very high in the sky a common height of 100km - 400km The spot selected on any given night is where the cloud cover is the least and on this night it was Reykjanes Peninsula. We hope that you can visit us again and then use the complimentary tickets that are valid for 2 years when the lights are not seen

Ondanks lang op voorhand te reserveren stond ik niet op de lijst. Gelukkig is de bus toch tijdig gekomen aangezien er ook anderen meereisden die blijkbaar wel ingeschreven stonden.

Great excursion

Even though we didn't see the Northern LIghts, the camera picked them up and we got some absolutely stunning photos. The guides were excellent and knowledgeable.
