The service misread what time I was supposed to be picked up, and did not come to pick me up. I had to pay for a ticket from a different company as well as this one.

Thank you for your feeback. The e-mail exchange between our staff and yourself 3 days earlier indicated the request for pickup location but reached us very late to be able register for the early morning pickup time. Truly unfortunate that you missed the transfer with us.

It is truly regrettable that you were not able to find our bus as the confirmation voucher indicates the procedure clearly. Our staff is on hand when you leave the customs area and assist all passengers as well as our partners at Airport Direct booth

Never turned up at hotel for pick up. Waited over 90 mins. No way of contacting them after 1900 hrs in thr evening.

Thank you for your comments. The Grand Hotel where you are staying has some construction work going on and the location for collecting passengers for tours is the rear exit. Our shuttle driver was not able to find you. We have rescheduled your booking for this evening and the tour is confirmed, we hope you will enjoy your tour with us.
