thank you for your feedback. Your booking made by yourself had the BSI selected as a dropoff and this is what our drivers noticed. Regrettably they are not at liberty to amend customer bookings as they may have a different fare. It is regrettable that you did not list the hotel as dropoff but the BSI central bus station
