Be careful with the time! It is 30 min earlier!!

The pick up is always 30m earlier than the one chosen on the web, and that is stated very small in the ticket. Therefore, I missed that and missed the transfer. That happened at 3 am and after...

Thank you for your feedback. Regrettable that you were not aware of the pickup time written in bold letters, an important information, not to be missed. For the shared shuttle transfer the 30 minutes are needed to collect passengers from their respective locations requested for the schedule departure from Reykjavik

Do not if possible use this mode of airport transfer

What a shambles buses over booked total chaos on arrival in Iceland people booked on 1700 bus had to wait an hour until 1800 due to overcrowding on bus seat had been purchased for! no one knows...

Thank you for your feedback. We have seen a great deal of increase in visitor arrival this Winter and accordingly increased the frequency of departures from the airport. Looking at your booking, the reservation is for the 16:00 departure and to return with pickup starting at 06:30 however the shuttle reported not finding you at the location indicated shortly after or during the 15-20 minutes allocated for the purpose of collecting passengers for the shared shuttle departure at 07:00 truly unfortunate that you missed the shuttle sent to collect you.
