Thank you for your feedback - your booking was for 13:30 pickup if you look again at your confirmation voucher not 2pm. Regrettably you missed this very important information and the first vehicle sent for you. Glad we managed to send another to pick you up that has a gps tracking time at 14:15 and take you to the main depot where to airport coach was scheduled to depart at 15:00 Regrettable that you missed seeing the pickup time you had ordered online

I went to the service desk and they told me to wait for the bus. I even showed her my reservation. It was not a private transfer and they dropped us off at the Bus Hostel and had to transfer buses...

Absolutely terrible, never picked me up from hotel and I nearly missed my flight. Had to pay a whole lot for taxi to airport.
