Very poor service & information provided Avoid Grayline, & use Flybus.

There’s no reply at all from online help chat when we needed assistance. Booking just say be at location at designated time but never indicate which bus will be picking us. We were early by 10mins &...

Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable that you were not able to reach us on the social media pages as those are responded to during front office hours from 07:00 until 20:00 - you selected a departure time from Reykjavik at 13:00 and the pickup time from the tour bus stop you selected was also displayed at 12:30 not sure what happened as the driver would have you listed to collect - if you would like to let us know what happened that day, please send us an e-mail to iceland@grayline.is

Would have rated better but had to wait outside hotel until 1:02 for a 12:30 pickup. On a positive note, the seats on the large bus that took us to the airport were more comfortable than the seats...
