Fast and comfy ride

There’s always that 30 min time frame for pick up and the bus came within that period. We were the only passengers so that made it even more comfortable. We got to the airport in a breeze without...

Disappointed

The booking of this trip was fine and so was arranging the refund because the trip was cancelled due to bad weather. Just be prepared for trips be to cancelled - 6 of 7 my trips were cancelled.

Thank you for your feedback - your shared shuttle transfer is not a direct transfer, perhaps a private transfer would have been better for you. The airport coach comes to our main terminal in Reykjavik where smaller shuttles will take passengers to their hotels. The same applies for the return to airport journey, pickup by smaller shuttles and take to main terminal for the larger coach. It is regrettable that this was inconvenient for you and the snow storm and bad weather did not help with keeping up the schedule, Iceland has been affected by this bad weather in recent days

This trip was cancelled before I arrived in Iceland. I had 5 other trips cancelled so 6 in total -3 northern lights trips, 1 whale watching, 1 lava field trip ( before I arrived) and the South Coast...
