Prompt pick up. Clean, comfortable, modern coach. Extremely knowledgeable guide. Enough time at each attraction. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Confusing pick up times. I chose to be picked up at 3pm on the website from a particular bus stop. My email then said ‘pick up time 2.30pm, departure time 3pm’. I turned up at the bud stop at 2.40pm...

It is truly unfortunate that you missed the important information on your confirmation that indicates the pickup time from hotels and tour bus stops at 14:30 in bold letters for a departure from main terminal at 15.00 I hope that your visit to Iceland was otherwise pleasant

Wifi access, sturdy vehicles well-equipped for the icy roads, wasn’t totally clear that we would be swapping buses at the bus hostel but there wasn’t a delay so it was not a problem
