We had called Gray Line to book a same day transfer to Keflavik Airport as we had a flight at 11:40. We paid an extra 7€ per person for pick up at the front of our hotel. This was booked for 9:00am...

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that a misunderstanding took place, You had booked a pickup for the allocated Tour Bus stop 15 for Centerhotel Grandi and this is where our shuttle was sent to collect you but could not find you unfortunately. The next available shuttle was organized but this would get you to the airport one hour later. I can understand that you were worried about getting to the airport on time but the booking was made and we did organize the collection as it came to us. The Bus stop 12 is not anywhere near the Centerhotel Grandi that you had selected. This last minute transfer arrangement regrettably did not work out well but hope that your visit with us in Iceland was otherwise pleasant
