Thank you for your review and unfortunate delay in communication. As you were so well aware of, all flights were cancelled the day before your departure and rescheduled the next day. This resulted in a great challenge for our staff to accommodate all passengers the next day. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, rest assured that our staff tried to reach to all passengers to let them know of the alterations and delays. A "force majeure" situation prevailed during those 24 hours

In the end was all good

They didn't inform us that the bus at 14:00 was cancelled until we got to their bus station.

One of the best experiences of our lives

Special credit to our tour guide and driver. It’s a very long day for the tourists but it must feel much longer for the driver and guide. Thanks for keeping us safe and informed all of the way.
