Thank you for your feedback. It is truly regrettable that you did not notice this very important information on your voucher sent to you when booking online: "Note! We are expecting you to arrive soon in Iceland KEF airport and use your ticket to a hotel or tour bus stop in the city. Upon arrival and after formalities you will board the Airport Direct bus located in the bus parking area just outside the terminal and present your booking confirmation to driver. This new arrangement is due to Gray Line Iceland merging with Airport Direct for all transfers to and from the airport for more frequent departures." We hope that your visit to Iceland was otherwise pleasant

Just great

They are very efficient and friendly at all times. On this trip they also found a way for me to take an earlier bus, saving me a hour of waiting. Very well done.

Fast and Efficient

Very fast and efficient transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was my first trip to Iceland, and the staff was very courteous and professional when answering my questions.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Waited a day for someone to get back to me to cancel the reservation and they blamed me that I was after 24 hr time frame and refunded only 50%.
