We are very sorry for the lack of communication with regards to your recent order. We generally pride ourselves on resolving customer queries as quickly as possible so it is disappointing to hear that in this case we have let ourselves down.
We do have a call tracking system in place and I have managed to identify the consultants that were spoken to and this will be fed back to them 1 to 1 to improve the service provided in future.
I am very sorry that you had to make repeated calls to us and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you as a result.

I have been contacted by Grass 247 to discuss my feedback and explain the measures they are putting in place to improve their customer service, which includes additional front-line staff. I think these actions will improve matters and will hopefully match the quality of the actual product, which has fully met my expectations. I particularly like the fact that they took the time to call me to follow-up on my feedback - this is very rare and highlights their commitment to improving service.
