Zero service = zero stars

I received automatic confirmation of my e-mail and 2 requests to rate a service, but somehow I didn't got any actual response to my inquiry, so basicallly I got no service from Goodfellow at all.

Depuis le 15 juin, ma commande est à Roissy ou ses environs et nous sommes le 30 aujourd'hui. Nous avons sollicité notre transitaire en douane pour essayer de récupérer le colis. L'équipe commercial de Goodfellow ne s'inquiète pas de cette situation visiblement. En revanche, la facture ne nous est pas arrivée en retard.
