We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with Globehunters. We strive to provide a good service wherever possible and we are sad to hear that our level of customer service did not meet the standards you should expect.
I wanted to take this opportunity to explain that any flight fares that are held for certain periods of time are not necessarily guaranteed and the only way to guarantee a seat or a fare is to pay for that seat at the time our agents inform you of a fare that is available at the time. We are sorry you were not able to get the fare and flight that you and your party wanted and would welcome you to speak to our Customer Service Team who would like to compensate for any loss wherever possible as a gesture of good will.

Good website, still had to phone them though to get the cheaper flights to Dubai. Flight quite unsociable times and was delayed on the way back, but got a cheap deal with Globe hunters

Booked flights to UAE for later in the year. Had a shop around after my initial phonecall and couldn't find anything cheaper on the day I wanted. Sales guy was very polite - would use again.
