We are sorry you were disappointed that the prices we quoted were different to those you saw advertised by Teletext Holidays, but we have no connection to that company and our services are not promoted by them. However, we have access to some great deals and we believe the charge applied in your case was extremely competitive once the extra facilities you required were included. We have checked your booking and it appears to have been processed correctly – we note that you rang us about extra leg room but we confirmed that it had already been booked and paid for so there was no error our end.
