Well it’s good when it works but I do find it drops out quite often and the speed dips a lot ,also when you have a fault they take 3 days to come and look at it 5 days if it’s over a weekend . It...

not happy with your service or back up
You fail to answer any correspondence, your support back up is shocking and the question bank on your web site sends you round in circles and does not cure any problems
