Consistent service provision, well communicated maintenance interruptions and good speeds always available, subject of course to in-house equipment connectivity.

Great to have Fibre to the house and at a great speed.
Great speed and comms for planned outages. Being told of unscheduled outages by email locks logic though, a text may be better.

Very good speed for very good price
Was very pleased to take up the offer of faster speed for half the money, will be looking out for a similar good deal when the 18 months of the current contract is up.
